Little Blue Lamb Squeaky Shoes
The Little Blue Lamb's soft sole shoes are the very first item we brought into our shop! As a mom, I love them as they are very similar to Pediped soft sole shoes, and the best thing is only at a fraction of Pediped's price!
This summer, we will be bringing in Little Blue Lamb's Squeaky shoes. The designs are just too cute! When I was going through the order sheet with the supplier, I had a tough time deciding what styles I should bring in (as I wanted to bring all the styles in!)

We have 46 fans!
When we first started setting up our FB's fan page, there were only two fans! My husband and I! Two months later, we are up to 46 fans! It is awesome news!
A "soon-to-be" grandmother came for her 5:30pm appointment last night. We started chatting a bit after she made her purchases. She told me that she is very impressed with the items we carry in our little shop. "Your items are one of a kind! I have never seen them around here in Ottawa!"..." and your prices are so good I am definitely come back when I find out the gender of my grandchild!" B.E.S.T. compliments ever!
We are now up to 46 fans, and we are averaging about 4 appointments every week! Things are going great! We are also very impressed with all the positive comments we have received so far! :-)
... Let's keep the fans number growing!

Infant Shoes
I started putting shoes on Miss B when she was 6 months old (prior to that, she was in sleeper 24/7 and it was simply weird to have a pair of shoes going on top of a sleeper... just a fashion d.i.a.s.t.e.r.!). It seems that 9 out of 10 babies wear Robeez footwear which has some very cute designs. I decided to be different... hence, Miss B's first pair of shoes (from her pao pao (a.k.a. my mom) was:

One-of-a-kind
Late last night, while watching Iron Man 2 and sipping a glass of chardonnay, we received an e-mail from a grandmother who was looking for a few neat items for her grand-daughter. She asked to come to our shop and take a look at our items. After a few e-mails, she was penciled in for a Sunday early afternoon appointment.
When she arrived this afternoon, after a quick glance at our items, her first question was," Can I find these items around here?" My husband answered," The babylegs and Baby Gap sleepwear sets, you can find them here. All the others items are different from the stuff you can find here!" She replied with a big smile, "Great! This is exactly what I am looking for... stuff I can't find here at all... one-of-a-kind for my grand-daughter!"
My husband and I were super excited about her comment! One huge re-assurance that we are actually on the right track. When I was on maternity leave, I spent numerous hours online (while the little one was napping / sleeping!) looking for cute outfits which I can't find in a baby clothing store here. I remember going to an afternoon playdate where two babies had the exact same outfits on! That's how I started shopping for clothes for Miss B on line... I ended up getting clothes flown in from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and China!
When the grandmother left our shop, she had a huge smile on her face. She asked that we give her a call when our new shipment arrives this week... as she wants to get a few more items for her precious grand-daughter!

The Little Blue Lamb Soft Sole Shoes
As a mom, I love Pedipeds! My daughter has two pairs of Pedipeds, given to her by her grandmother who obviously has a great sense in fashion.
I started putting those on my daughter when she was 6 months old (her first pair was 6-12 months). My daughter has tiny feet so this pair of Pedipeds lasted well beyond the 12-month's mark. Recently, we have retired this pair of Pedipeds and has moved her into the 12-18 month's pair.
I find that it is very difficult to get Pedipeds in Ottawa. Perhaps I have not been out shopping much (it is beyond challenging to go shopping these days!) , and if my memory serves right, only Fab Baby Gear in Westboro carries Pedipeds.
So I researched on on-line shopping, and realized that with shipping and US exchange rate, it is about $45 - $50 per pair!
Then came my crazy idea... I need to find something comparable to Pediped's quality and comfort yet at a fraction of Pediped's price!
After numerous hours of researching, I found the answer to my question: The Little Blue Lamb Soft Sole shoes.
